But wait, these aren't just any eco-friendly burgers...believe it or not, its a project of Jesse James, owner of West Coast Choppers and host of Monster Garage. Named after his dog, Jesse's dreamed about opening a joint like Cisco for a long time. Probably doesn't hurt that he's married to Sandra Bullock, who has some green goings-on of her own.
